Making this leap now means we can take Copini global with confidence, without limitations.

For orders shipping from Australia placed before 12 PM AEST on weekdays ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Unfortunately, we can't cancel or change orders once they're placed, as we begin processing them immediately. If you no longer need your order, you can return it according to our returns policy.

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100AUD. For those who need their Copini Beauty fix faster, we also offer express shipping for a flat fee.

You can, but please be aware that Copini Beauty is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages once delivery is confirmed. It's your responsibility to track your order and ensure someone is available to receive it.

We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund on products purchased at www.copinibeauty.com Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.Products need to be returned at your own shipping expense.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 14 days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 72 hours.
