What's the first thing you do when you land?
Straight to the hotel to unpack and organise all my clothes, once that's done I can explore.
Favourite hotel?
Palazzetto Pisani Grand Canal, it's a 16th-century palazzo with traditional Venetian charm. I had the most beautiful view from my balcony.
Best gelato in Venice
Gelateria Gallonetto, a must-try, and worth the wait in line. I went for Salted Caramel and it did not disappoint.
Best coffee in Venice
Caffè Florian - yes, it's a bit of a tourist trap, but it's one of the oldest coffee houses in the world, sitting right in the heart of San Marco. I sat outside and people watched, they often have live music playing as well.
Best spot for a drink?
Harry's Bar. Old-school, and known for inventing the Bellini. Honestly the desserts alone are worth going for too.
Which part of Venice feels most inspiring to you?
Dorsoduro, there's an artistic, bohemian energy that catches your attention. It is also home to the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.
Where are you ending the night in Venice?
Wandering the narrow streets, no real destination.

Vino Vino in San Marco. Try to grab the outdoor seating if you can, it makes the whole experience.
Favourite place to shop?
Quorami, it's a tiny, family-run shop for custom leather belts and bags. A close runner up is Casin dei Nobili, a ceramic Venetian mask showroom, more art gallery than shop.
Biggest mistake people make when packing?
Too many shoes! You really only need 3 to rotate through outfits.
How do you avoid overpacking?
Admittedly, my luggage is always overweight… a work in progress. I've started saving outfits to my Notes app beforehand, and I try to remind myself to leave space, since I always come home with new goodies.
What do you wear on a plane?
My baggy black jeans from Hennes with a crewneck sweatshirt, comfort without compromising style.
Favourite travel bag?
A bag I picked up at a flea market in Paris, very similar to the Balenciaga City bag.
Do you have a travel uniform?
I try to stick to layering pieces so I can adapt to the weather, a good pair of sunglasses (I've been eyeing the Camille from Vincent Boulevard and the Sloane from Heaven Mayhem) and a long-lasting lip liner.
What beauty products are you taking on the plane?
Eyedrops, Tatcha Lip Mask, Shiseido Eyelash Curler, Caudalie Beauty Elixir Mist, Tower 28 SOS Spray, NARS Soft Matte Concealer, Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask, and a mini hairbrush.
One product you never fly without
A lip product, current favourite is Copini in Chestnut, followed by a balm, it just makes me feel more pulled-together before I land.
How do you keep your skin looking good after a long haul flight?
Hydration throughout the flight, Tatcha Dewy Skin Mist, and cleansing my skin as soon as I'm at the hotel.
Favourite in-flight ritual
I fill up my hot water bottle and rewatch something, usually a James Bond film, or one of the Bourne Identity movies.
